Mantra of the Day: Can You Let Go of That Thought?

When you are getting angry, sad or stressed out in thinking to a particular situation, stop for a moment and ask yourself: Does this thought help me in any way or help in solving the situation? Can I let go of that thought?

Repeat this exercise as often as needed.
